  • Inquiries & Quotations: All quotations provided by us are valid for a specified period. Prices may vary based on quantity, specifications, current raw material costs, and exchange rates.
  • Orders: A contract is formed only upon our written confirmation of the purchase order and receipt of the agreed deposit. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

4. Samples and Customization
We offer free samples upon request. For customized OEM/ODM products, the customer agrees to provide necessary designs, logos, or packaging requirements. We will provide a separate quotation for tooling or setup costs if applicable.

5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be clearly stated in the quotation or proforma invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is typically made via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or wire transfer. All banking charges are to be borne by the buyer.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates based on production schedules. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, customs delays, or carrier issues. The buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in their respective countries.

7. Warranty and Returns
Batic ensures high-quality manufacturing standards. However, any claims for defective goods must be reported in writing within 30 days of receiving the shipment. Returns will only be accepted if the goods do not conform to the agreed upon specifications. We will repair, replace, or issue a credit note for confirmed manufacturing defects.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Batic New Building Materials Co.,Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising out of the use or inability to use our products.

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the seller’s place of business.
